TRx is a personal phone line recorder program for Windows. TRx lets you manually record telephone calls on a phone line connected to the voice modem (or other telephony card) of your computer. TRx also works as a caller number ID display system and lets you put calls on-hold (and plays on-hold music and messages).

VideoOCX is an ActiveX control that allows programmers to easily integrate video capture and image processing capabilities into their software applications with just one easy step. The control is compatible with most Video-for-Windows (VFW) devices, such as USB cameras (webcams) and framegrabbers in conjunction with a CCD camera or camcorder. VideoOCX works smoothly in most ActiveX hosting environments.

The software runs on a Windows system tray. It will enable a local POP3 server on your computer, which will allow you to setup your e-mail client to pick up e-mail locally. Other users (hackers) cannot read your username / password across the LAN or the Internet.

dvd-slideshow makes a DVD slideshow video with menus from a text file listing of pictures, effects, and audio tracks. You can add some nice effects like fades, crops, scrolls, or Ken Burns effects. It will hopefully become a command-line clone of imovie.
